For every high quality multivitamin supplement there is on the market, there seem to be at least 20 low quality brands available. When you look at an online store or a supermarket shelf, there are so many options available you might be wondering which is the best multivitamin supplement? After all, aren’t there only so many ways a manufacturer can make a multivitamin supplement?
The truth is there are many different ways a manufacturer can make a multivitamin supplement. The best multivitamin supplement brands on the market are made with high quality natural ingredients. These brands are more expensive but well worth the cost. Cheap multivitamin supplement brands are made with cheap, manmade ingredients. These ingredients aren’t absorbed by the body very well and virtually useless. Read my previous article on “How to choose the best multivitamin supplement” to learn more.
For your convenience, I’ve decided to give you an overview of three of the best multivitamin supplement brands available on the market and where you can get them. These best multivitamin supplement brands are made with the ingredients your body can absorb. They’re also more expensive than your average brand, but they are well worth the cost.
NSI Synergy series
There are many different versions of the NSI synergy series, ranging from a one-a-day, all-in-one supplement to a 12-a-day version for optimal nutrient uptake. Along with providing all the necessary vitamins and minerals in every dose, the NSI synergy multivitamin supplement provides vegetable extracts and superfood concentrates that infuse your body with antioxidants, cancer fighting flavonoids, and many other beneficial extracts.
This multivitamin supplement comes in one-a-day, six-a-day, men’s, women’s, and supreme formulas. The NSI Synergy 3000 is the six-a-day version and costs about 90 cents a day to take. Not a bad price for ensuring your body gets all the vital nutrients it needs. Of all the best multivitamin supplement brands listed in this article, the NSI Synergy series will give you the most bang for your buck.
Wellness Resources Daily Energy
Wellness Resources Daily Energy multivitamin supplement is one of my personal favorites. It is an extremely high-quality vitamin, especially for the price you can get it at. The quality of the ingredients are higher than that of the NSI Synergy series. Of course, that comes at a price. Along with having all the benefits of the NSI Synergy series, Wellness Resources Daily Energy adds extract designed to raise energy production, support the Krebs Cycle to combat stress and muscle fatigue, and support the thyroid.
The Wellness Resources Daily Energy multivitamin supplement is a three times a day version, and you take 1-2 capsules per dose. 270 capsules retails at $78, so if you take the recommended six-a-day, that costs $1.73 a day.
Total Balance Premium
Total Balance Premium multivitamin supplement, made by Xtendlife, is perhaps the best multivitamin supplement on the market. This brand in particular has been given the “best multivitamin supplement” award by numerous companies and websites. Total Balance Premium comes in Men’s and Women’s formulas to address the particular needs of both sexes. A unisex version is also provided for those who provide a multivitamin supplement for the entire family.
Total Balance Premium is full of high quality enzymes, antioxidants, amino acids, flavonoids, carotenoids, herbal extracts, and many other health promoting ingredients. It is perhaps the best multivitamin supplement out of the three listed in this article. It’s also the most expensive. A 15 day supply (7 capsules a day) costs $47.75, a whopping $3.18 a day! The less expensive, but not as nutritionally complete, standard multivitamin supplement costs $1.60 a day, about the same as Wellness Resources, but not as high of quality.
